Our advice is general and informational only – not personalised legal, financial, or professional advice. We always advise to consult qualified experts (e.g., architects, lawyers) for your specific situation and can assist if requested.

2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in forms or consultations.
- Use the site lawfully and not for harmful purposes (e.g., no spam, viruses).
- Respect intellectual property – do not copy or misuse our content.
- If under 18, use with guardian supervision.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations
