03 | Level 3: Verified Site & Project Audit
The "Bank-Ready" Phase

What’s Included: Professional Geotech, Wastewater & Stormwater reports, Topographical Survey, Verified Audit Report (for finance application), and an Independent Feasibility Statement.

04 | Level 4: Shovel-Ready Documentation
The "Ready to Build" Phase

05 | Builder Selection & Tendering
The "Best Price" Phase

How it works: Use the nationwide network of LBP builders to compare quotes "apples-for-apples." Because the specs are already set, builders provide competitive, fixed-price quotes with zero guesswork.
