A fully consented, cost‑locked, specification‑confirmed project - ready for builder selection and project tendering with clarity! Includes all site and project specific reports such as geotech, liquefaction, StormWater, WasteWater, Flood reports and Engineering all owned by you.

5. Builder Selection - Project Tendering:
We will assist if required to obtain a fixed price quotation via a project tendering service with a selection of builders. Culminating in a signed fixed price Building Material Supply Contract and Construction Partner Contract with your local builders and suppliers.
